Search has been stabilized and is responding normally. Indexing is still reporting high error rates and we are resolving the cause.

We experienced a significant service disruption affecting several Luigi’s Box products, including autocomplete, search, product listing pages, the shopping assistant, and our indexing and catalog synchronization APIs. Some customers also saw elevated error rates in related services.

The disruption was triggered during a routine system update. While applying the update, an unexpected bug in a third-party infrastructure component caused our internal traffic gateway to stop recognizing healthy servers. This prevented new servers from coming online and led to temporary unavailability across parts of our platform. Although the underlying issue originated in external software, our systems were affected in ways we are addressing proactively.

We are conducting a full internal review and preparing a detailed post-mortem. In parallel, we are implementing additional safeguards and validation measures to prevent similar issues in the future.
